  I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Richmond Airport Hotel and was thoroughly impressed from arrival to departure. The hotel is conveniently located near Richmond International Airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. The shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient and easy to arrange, which set a great tone for our stay. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and were incredibly professional throughout our visit. They handled the check-in smoothly, answered all our questions about local dining and transportation, and offered suggestions for nearby attractions without us even asking. It felt like they genuinely cared that our stay was comfortable. Our room was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Features like a microwave and mini-fridge made things convenient, especially for an early morning departure. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and everything worked as expected. We also appreciated the breakfast included in the stay — a solid selection of hot and cold items, fresh coffee, and plenty of seating so there was no rush or crowdedness. The common areas were tidy and inviting, with a nice lobby lounge area where you could relax before heading out. All in all, this hotel delivered everything you’d hope for in a stay near the airport: convenience, comfort, and friendly service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling in or out of Richmond.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room amenities, and SUCH CLEANLINESS added to the overall convenience. The hotel had great food which was perfect for a quick bite before my departure. The service was attentive, and the food was delicious. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Its unbeatable location, combined with excellent service and comfortable accommodations, makes it an ideal choice for travelers needing a convenient and relaxing stay near the airport.

  I travel often for work, and I can confidently say that Crystal, the Front Desk Agent at this Best Western, sets the gold standard for hospitality. From the very first moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine professionalism that immediately made me feel welcome. Crystal handled check-in quickly and efficiently, but what stood out most was her attention to detail and kindness. She made sure I had all the information I needed about the hotel amenities, breakfast hours, and local spots worth visiting. Every interaction with her was positive — she was patient, courteous, and always willing to help with anything I needed. It’s rare to meet someone who perfectly balances professionalism and friendliness, but Crystal does it effortlessly. She’s the kind of employee every hotel wishes they had — attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of her work. Because of her, my stay at this Best Western went from good to truly excellent. Crystal is the reason I’ll be coming back and recommending this location to others. She’s a true asset to the team!

  I had such a lovely day at this hotel! I was very impressed with the rooms, the cleanliness, and the staff. Most importantly, I found Chrystal, the front desk agent to be incredibly helpful as I am blind. She even helped me to my room, modified the key card, so I knew which end to use, and was available to assist me in getting around the hotel and calling Ubers. Chrystal made what is normally a nerve-racking experience for me into an absolute pleasure. I am so unbelievably impressed with Chrystal and this establishment. I will be a return customer!

  A Surprisingly Delightful Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk agent Chrystal was very kind, helpful, detailed, full of suggestions, and welcoming! The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed for a comfortable stay. My room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of travel and as well as my preparation to departure. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the fresh towels, complimentary toiletries, very welcoming employees. The hotel also offered convenient amenities the breakfast was a perk and the woman I had the pleasure of speaking with that made the food was very kind. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, including the shuttle driver who listened to me complain about how early my departure was, they were always ready with a smile and a helpful suggestion. This hotel provided excellent value for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.
