  This hotel was very nice for it's value. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When our other hotel fell through, the staff were able to get us a room right on the spot. The rooms were surprisingly clean but a bit dated. The breakfast provided was amazing! The indoor pool was very clean and very well maintained. The only two things that kept me from giving this hotel a 5-Star rating were: 1) The hotel was advertised as having a pool and spa (hot tub). After checking in, we noted that the hot tub was gone. Staff revealed that a busted pipe resulted in its removal. Best Wester really need to add this back in!! 2) Compare to today's standards, this hotel felt dated. If Best Western was to give this hotel a remodel, the hotel would be absolutely perfect!

  Room was dirty upon check in. Guy from front desk came with a a dry swifer to clean it. We had to ask him to go back for cleaner bc the fridge was dirty and also had hair in it. We wound up checking out due to the sink having a pungent odor of a sewer back up. Still trying to get a call back from the manager

  Disappointed to say the least. When i booked the room it was under the assumption that it was in a building with a pool and the breakfast area and everything would be right where we could easily access it. It turns out our room was in a separate building 1000 yards away, from the main building with nothing that was accessible. If we wanted any services we had to travel to the main building to obtain it . My husband is handicapped and the pool would have helped his arthritis but it was a huge hassle to go to the other building to use it so we missed out on that. All in all it was a huge disappointment and deceptive advertising . There was no indication we would be in a separate building when i booked the reservation. Had i known, i would have not done it . Quite frankly it’s a bunch of bs.

  My wife and I recently spent a few days at this Hotel and we stayed in one of the suites that comes with a small stove, microwave and fridge. At first we were very disappointed but decided to stay rather than lose a night's charge for leaving earlier than booked. But once we looked at other hotels in the area and their cost, we decided to stay and deal with the disappointment. Once we settled in, we realized that even with some hotel faults, it wasn't all that bad for the price. I graded 4 Stars for the room. It was small. The bathroom was the size of a closet. No sink in the bathroom. Bummer since we prefer to wash our hands after using the toilet and touching the door knob. No pots or pans to cook with. We ate out most of the time though. There was bowls, dishes and silverware. Plus dish soap. A bit out dated for a modern style hotel. The tub didn't drain well, so you showered with about 2 to 3 inches of water in the tub. I didn't call the front desk because I realized it was due to poor shower drain fixture design. The room was well maintained and A/C worked nicely. I rated service 5 Star. House Keeping seemed prompt. We didn't use them but I could see the hard workers in the other rooms on schedule. Front desk was very polite and professional. I rated location 4 Stars but this rating is dependent on if you want to be close to most activities in the region or not. I could easily go with a 5 Star since it really wasn't too far from most activities. Overall 4 Stars is fair.
