  Stayed there 10-1-25. Check-in was good. The room had very wet carpet on the floors... my wife and I both almost tripped when stepping onto the tile. There was a musty smell in the room. The temp in room was 64 degrees. The bathroom had long hairs on the washcloth, a bath towel, the counter, and lots in the shower on the tile. The bath exhaust fan did not work at all & it was rusty. A bug was crawling around in the bathroom. I will never stay again.

  3.5⭐️, The first room we got assigned wasn’t cleaned, the dirty sheets were still in the corner with pillows everywhere . First time we have ever had that happen, we understand mistakes happen, Daniel at the front desk was very kind and reassigned us a room that was cleaned and fixed up. Walls are so thin if you’re a light sleeper you will hear every door slam and dog making noise . Decent location, breakfast was good, free juice and coffee 24/7. Spacious rooms.

  As I entered my room it smelled like mold. I ask the staff and they said they all smelled like that. There were disperses in the shower that should be taken down of they are not going to fill them. They did supply me with shampoo and conditioner. The king size room had 3 towels, one hand towel and wash cloth. There was mold on the shower. Need was comfortable but had 4 small pillows on it. That didn’t make sense either for a king bed. TV was on the side of the bed and viewing it was from an angle. The staff were friendly. I asked for tea and was told they didn’t have any.

  Daniel went above and beyond as usual and newcomer Dale provided great service as well. I travel back and forth from Tampa to Houston often and these guys just knock it out of the park every time. Thanks as always Daniel and great to meet you Dale! I will return!

  I think it's the same one that has the walmart and the canes near it but its also hidden and not much traffic. "4 stars to give them something to work on". They have a chill staff and decent rooms. I was here for work and stayed for a couple weeks to a few months and I liked my stay here. I stayed on all 3 floors and it seems like the first floor has the better rooms and second floor has the second best and the third floor the 3rd best, I didn't stay in all the rooms on every floor but that was my experience with every floor and their rooms. I do say that the second floor is the best floor since it has a laundry room and says it has a vending machine but I think once was there but not anymore. They also have a ice machine which is nice. They have a little shop at the front on the left and they have things that probably have been there for quite some time like a few months maybe years? The washing machines are 2 dollars per machine but they dont have soap dispensers so have your own soap ready. I gave those machines a heavy task to clean and they did it well with the time they took which was long. They have breakfast in the morning which is good and I recommend you to eat at and taste good. The coffee is 24/7 and the juice also as long as it's not used up in the morning. They have a gym that looks like it hasn't been used in some time, not that it's dirty but just dont look like it's been used. They have a cool little pool which i think is nice.
