- HHHarry HOct 21, 20254.0Stayed twice over a few days, back of the hotel in the 2nd building, a bit loud cause of the traffic. Upstairs at the front was quieter. Friendly staff though. Hotel seems to be in the midst of upgrades. Nice and clean rooms, only complaint was the light where the shower and toilet are takes a while to turn on, heat lamp turns on right away though.
- JDJames DavisOct 12, 20252.0The soundproofing in this place is awful! You can hear full conversations from people walking in the hall while in the room with the door closed. Our room was woken up at the crack of 3 am last night to someone knocking on someone else's door. Rude. You can also hear the road noises as well. The pool in our hotel is "closed for maintenance" so you have to walk outside to the main hotel to access if you'd like to use the pool. Breakfast is poor compared to most. There are "hot" items but they are not very good. And the worst part of this hotel for me is the bathroom. It's soooo small that you can barely enter and shut the door.

- NCNathan ColeSep 30, 20251.0Worst place to deal with.I was upset because we were already having a huge problem within our life i went there for my sister to check in and the lady at front desk was extremely rude and aggressive with me and my sister i was specifically told that only 100$ will be charged for deposits but she charged me 515.24$ and then when i asked her about this she was acting like she doesn’t care.Like seriously how can a person with such attitude work in customer service.I was going through such a hard time and she didn’t even think about it all she just cared of was her own attitude and when i asked her why she was being rude she started threatening me of calling cops on me.Next day i went to the property again in the morning to ask about my money and gentleman at the desk was so nice and calm i forgot his name but he had black glasses on he assured me that i will get my money back.we never stayed in the room after going through this humiliation during the checkin process i dont even demand of any refunds or settlements.All i want is my 515.24$ back that was stolen by her.
