Had a good experience at this Best Western, the desk staff was pleasant and helpful, rooms were spacious and comfy beds...the only reason for the 3 star review is because there were 2 noticeable stains on the bed cover...not very appealing. Overall good stay.

WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!! EVER! We have stayed at this hotel 5 different since 2017. Rooms were nice, clean. Service was top notch. Great breakfast. That's why we kept coming back. Visiting my dtr, sil. This last trip was DIPLORABLE. We made reservations 3.5 weeks ahead of time as we have pets. Sept. 14-Sept. 20, 2025. $953 + change. Incidentals + $50 so over 1k. We checked in super late around 11:30pm. Pay the pet fee. We have the same dogs we've had since 2017. All under 13 lbs. Our room is #308. This room had a HUGE leak from the ceiling dripping on to a saturated carpet. The valance above windows was stained significantly with water. Mold, mildew scent. The ceiling was bubbled where leak is. My daughter immediately goes downstairs and speaks with staff. Also, there was a chain to lock the door. We get another room. #310. Right before #308. Same staff that checked us in with our 3 pets is also the same one to give us another room. Great. We're thankful. Get unpacked. Get settled in. Its about midnight. Get up in the am out for the entire day with our pets. Get a call from front desk telling us they have to move us as we are not in a pet friendly room. They waited till 5:30 pm to tell us we have to move to a pet friendly room. They'll let us stay in the room that night but move un the am. NOPE. We call the front desk and speak with assistant manager. We are now told the room we are currently in is a HYPOALLERGENIC room. We've been in the room now about 36 hrs. Which is it. Not pet friendly or HYPOALLERGENIC. Or as one said because we have 3 dogs not 2. Who knows. But we say we are staying in this room because we've settled in. We are then told by said assistant manager that no pet friendly room was available at time of check input we made reservations ahead of time. Ergo there should be a pet friendly room available. I ask to speak to the manager. I get switched to his email. I leave a vm. No call back. I call again the very next morning. Left another message. I NEVER get a call back. Soooo when you rented the first room-how did you not know of the leak in room 308?? Housekeeping needed to ready it for guests correct....that leak had been goin in for several days. We have pics, video. So concerning we will go up the ladder. This is under THE BEST WESTERN logo. SHAME ON YOU FOR HOW YOU TREAT GUESTS. Bty-this hotel charges the following in addition to room charges. Tourism fee of $20 a day. A occupancy fee. PLEASE. DO. NOT. STAY. AT. THIS. HOTEL!!!!! SHAMEFUL Oh we did find out the hotel has different owners. That's what went wrong.

There really isnt anything great around this area. Which is alright because its quiet. I will say the front desk staff was hilarious and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast as well! The room was alright, I wish the sofa bed had sheets. The room had a few stray hairs and is a bit outdated. I cant stand the smells of the hotel halls but the rooms are fine. Overall the experience was perfect and I was able to do everything I needed to do from this location!

Worst hotel experience i have ever had. We had a double room , both beds were the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on, destroyed my back. I would have slept on the floor but that was stained and sticky. Then we found ants in the room. We told the front desk and he said sorry all the rooms were taken and he would try to get someone in there to spray. I dont think they sprayed because we still had ants. The best part of staying there was that the wife and I both got covid. We couldn't stay there sick because the beds were so bad so we left a day early and they can't refund our money back because we used one of there hotel travel sight.
