  For the price, a good hotel. Not luxury at all. Tucked into a weird location, but convenient. Room was clean and had everything I needed.

  Let me just say first that I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last couple of years for business trips, but I will not be utilising this particular Best Western ever again. I had a series of zoom meetings that started early giving me a very limited window between calls to come down to breakfast. I was really really hungry and I only had five or six minutes before my next call, so I ran down quickly made a plate got a cup of coffee And this trip would have to eat in my room in order to make my last call, which would include my CEO. I had just enough time to get back up to the room and it was in the elevator, with a very annoyed staff person came storming into the elevator held the elevator door open and told me that I would have to exit the elevator and return to the breakfast area. I explained that I had to be on a meeting that there was nobody else in my room and the food I’m taking would be consumed by me only and completely but she insisted that I go back to the breakfast area and eat in the breakfast area. I went back and wolfed down my food, which as it turns out was not really warm and very stale, like they put out all of the leftovers from the week. I felt physically terrible afterwards, both from eating so fast and from the quality of the food and i was 6 minutes late to the meeting, which has me in trouble with my CEO. I get the intent of people not taking food up to their room because people just wanna take extra stuff that they can pack for later or take more than they’re gonna eat and throw a bunch of stuff away, but none of that was the case in my circumstance And after explaining that I would’ve expected, especially since nobody else was around except for two staff members that I would have been allowed to continue to my room to make my meeting on time. The shorter Russian woman with no name tag wearing a Best Western shirt was not kind, understanding or reasonable.. for that reason, I will find a different hotel to stay in moving forward.

  Homeless all over the place. Staff seems to be fighting with each other. Couldn't find soap anywhere .(My room, the 2 bathrooms in lobby.) Signs all over not responsible for my vehicle? So vehicle not safe either?

  I really like it great service two boys were on counter very friendly and pleasant room very nice clean and organized, breakfast was great and filling 👌 good price.

  Travelled to the states from the UK to experience my first aftershock festival, and having read the reviews on both here and trip advisor, I must say I completely disagree with all the 1 star reviews. It was a great little hotel, room was clean. Pool was clean, couldn't have asked for more to be honest for the price!
