- RPRaul ParedSep 3, 20252.0When you call them directly before you book a room, they tell you there’s Wi-Fi then when you get to the room, there is no Wi-Fi. You call down and the person at the front desk is oblivious to what Wi-Fi is. You go down to the front desk and have them call their managerand they give you the runaround how they’ll call in a couple of days to fix it. Nobody stays at a hotel more than a day, waiting around for Wi-Fi to work most people travel and work while traveling you can’t work without Wi-Fi. We were misled on purpose. Check the Wi-Fi when you come to the hotel ask for a key to your room. The employees have access to Wi-Fi, which is odd if something went down everything would go down not just the guest router so it seems like it’s done on purpose to route, the slow bandwidth to only employees and not guests
- MMMiriam MAug 31, 20251.0Very poor service. To be more precise, it's a very old hotel. You can hear it when you walk; when you enter the room, it smells old. Terrible customer service. I left a suitcase, and they didn't bother to call me. I checked out and was in the lobby having breakfast. I didn't even receive a courtesy call on the way. When I got home, I realized it was already too late. And the staff isn't very friendly. I will never came back here

- FIFelice ImhoffAug 9, 20253.0Große saubere Zimmer. Der 2. Stock ist aber leider sehr hellhörig, insbesondere wenn rennende und hüpfende Kinder im 3. Stock über einem sind. Frühstück ist im Preis inbegriffen, wenn auch nur Standard. Netter Indoor-Pool.
