  Rooms are in need of a deep clean. Crevices are dirty and walls need washed. Room had a stale smell to it. But the bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and warm blankets. Room had a keurig, microwave, mini fridge, iron with ironing board, and big flat screen TV. Breakfast was good. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Housekeeping left sweet notes in room after each clean. Front desk had goody bags for each check in. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean! Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

  It's the Best Western. Everyone has been to one. Everything has been good. Desk service person on duty was very slow, but friendly. Staying for work.

  Computers were down can they had a long rough time checking anyone in. They gave us keys and we called it a night but 30 minutes later they called us to tell us we got checked into a suite that we did not reserve but that we could stay in it anyways. It was nice the kids had their own section to sit and watch TV the room was not really any better than any other room just more space. Felt a little dated. Not sure why they had to call us and wake us. Breakfast was really good though.

  Not worth the price when there is no WiFi, and when there is Wifi it is not strong enough to be detected or hold the connection. Stayed here on the way to a business conference. Was unable to prepare for presentation because of internet issue. Nothing else matters if you can't do what you need to.

  The location was good, the room itself was roomy, but the pillows aretoo big and aquardly too soft and no support, we had a terrible night sleeping. In the bathroom there were smudges like a child touch the door but it wasn't cleaned, the sink it self was dirty like who ever cleaned it didn't do a good job at all, around the drain it looks like it hasn't been cleaned forever. Breakfast wasn't the best, the scrambled eggs were definitely powder eggs not cooked well at all, they tasted chalky and gross. in summation, for the price that is being charged one aspects a clean room, good sleeping beds and bedding including pillows, in the past your hotels had the smaller pillows that stayed much cooler and one could get a good night sleep so your hotel for me it's down 👎 so my review is generous
