  The room was dirty and staff was rude. Big stain on floor that looked like smeared dog poop. It smelled of urine and animal poop. There was what looked like blood on the outside front of toilet. When we reported it they blamed us for animal poop. My dogs have never pooped on the floor. They actually wear diapers when in a motel stay. So to blame my service animal is ridiculous. They now refuse to give us a room.

  Right on busy Hwy 97 - it can be noisy. Rooms are clean and well-stocked. Pool and hot tub are clean, held at a good temperature and have towels available. Easy to drive in and out of, as it is just off a street with a stop light.

  WORST Best Western “plus” experience. Arrived later in the evening after a long day. Did not get the best customer service during the check in process. One of the 2 key cards did not work and we were told that we demagnetized the card by holding it too close to our phones… never heard of this. Front desk staff wasn’t overly friendly and did not offer any helpful information like WiFi info or complimentary breakfast info. This is the first location I have experienced that ends their complimentary breakfast at 9:30am. Once in the room we were completely appalled at the conditions. For starters the carpet is stained, worn and needed to be replaced over a decade ago. This whole hotel is very dated. The bathroom light fixture was absolutely disgusting. I would guess it possibly has never been cleaned due to the few inches of thick gray dirt and dust pilled on top of it and around it. Dirt and dust on many fixtures and corners and crevices of the room. Weird blood looking like splatter on the shower tiles. Mirror hanging on bathroom door also looks like it has never been wiped down or around as it had thick dust and dirt surrounding it. Vent in the bathroom is black and also appears to have never been cleaned, along with the fire spray thing on the ceiling which had cobwebs. We would have left this place immediately if we wouldn’t have had our 2 young children with us who were already past their bedtime as it was. We have stayed at multiple other Best Western locations as well as their “plus” locations and we have never had an experience like this. Very disappointing. Unfortunately I did not look into reviews ahead of time due to my previous good stays with Best Western. This is my bad and I will definitely be checking reviews in the future. After reading others reviews on here I assume letting the manager know won’t do any good. I will be contacting the health department after seeing others mention that in their reviews. Something needs to be done about how this business is operating. This is not okay.

  I had points and a family emergency, so staying here made the most financial sense. My room was "well loved" and had a strange smell. Hotel is dated and the best thing about the breakfast was that it was free. Easily the worst tasting breakfast I've ever had at a Best Western. Location is good. There's a couple of stores and fast food restaurants within a block. I found it to be quiet, which was great. If I am ever in the same situation, rewards points and all, and I'd stay here again, otherwise, there are better options.
