- RPRaul PinedoOct 26, 20255.0The location is super close disneyland while also being one of the more affordable options in the area. Breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly friendly, Yolanda and Patty out to our family for being so attentive and helpful. The hotel was going a remodel and was not going to offer a buffet style breakfast but they suggested they turn the gym to the temporary breakfast area so we could have that option and were very adaptive to the situation. Huge kuddos. Rooms are great and ac was nice and cold when needed, bed and pillows were comfy. Overall great great experience specially for the price!

The breakfast was fantastic lots of variety and fresh made hot food also..Highly recommend this hotel.Close to bus stop , Disneyland and other attractions..
- JVJosiah & Damara VasquezOct 18, 20255.0We found a great deal online for our October Disney trip. We originally booked a family suite, but due to remodeling it wasn't available. The hotel provided alternate accommodations next two each other and honored the same price. I was impressed by the service provided from check-in to check-out. It is about a mile walk to Disneyland, it wasn't too bad of a walk, a straight walk down Harbor Blvd. It is also near the Toy Story parking lot if you want to ride the shuttle.
- KAKevin AOct 7, 20255.0The lobby has coffee and nice vibes, go to relax, work, and just to chill. The rooms are fantastic with a fridge(mind you, a good fridge) a microwave, and lots of storage. The "spa" or the hot tub is fantastic, and the normal pool is warm at night. Tho it is a bit far from the big places, like disneyland, it does a shuttle to get there. Lobby staff is really nice, they let me reorganize the little coffee creamer.

Amazing staff but specially we got to know closely Srita Yolanda y Sr Sergio very genuine and caring people makes us feel welcome during our stay put a smile on my mornings with very well organized and delicious daily breakfast and can’t forget the music nice touch love it 😊 everyone positive polite and friendly. Please take care and thank everyone in staff really means a lot to us customers too come to a well deserved vacation and not to be dealing with long face's and attitude. U have a customer on us for life as long as you keep ur valuable staff, believe it or not for us that was the primary reason for choosing Best Western Raffles then price and location. See you soon 🤗
