  The service alone is bs if I could check out right now for a full refund I would I hate I even chose to stay in this area cause the way I feel this front seat lady treated me cause I booked through 3rd party is wild and the look like I don’t belong here is even crazier didn’t realize puyallup areas is so races I probably shoulda stayed by the airport and the crazy part is I paid 286 which I coulda paid cheaper staying closer to my area but thinking this would be a nice area def isn’t then the fact I couldn’t upgrade cause I booked through 3rd party’s is crazy literally the room in the website is 144 so basically I saved some taxes so to make a issue of me upgrading is crazy when I offered to pay but whatever I just won’t be staying here jomore I’ve upgraded numerous of times rather I booked 3rd party or not there is a copy of what I paid cause I’m not different just cause I paid 3rd party ms lady at the front fest today 10/21 at 128 pm cause I didn’t catch ur name

  We just had a business meeting here at this hotel, and we had the best time and experience. With the amazing help from Arthur and Devina! We really had a great experience here at the Best Western Plus.

  This Best Western has recently received a facelift in all the public places. The rooms are a bit small and of an older style, but they are comfortable. But where this hotel shines is it's cleanliness and it's 5 Star breakfast. I have never seen a more comprehensive breakfast at any chain hotel. There is absolutely no way you could go hungry. Good coffee, tons of tea options (including fun seasonal fall flavors), real eggs (hot and hard boiled), sausage, waffles, at least eight cereals, yogurt with toppings, cottage cheese, Tillamook cheese "bars," string cheese, and I could continue to go on. It's really quite something. Great front desk staff...oh! And the cleanest pool and hot tub that I've seen in ages - but why is that pool so cold! Brrr! Good thing the hot tub is nice and hot!

  Our "peep hole" in our room door was missing, so that a person could look right in to our room and see us!!!! The desk said they did not have a maintenance person on site to take care of it!??? We were advised to stuff toilet paper into the hole. Then the next morning the elevator was broken!!! Being disabled, I REALLY needed help getting my luggage downstairs. The front desk said they did not have any staff available to help me!!??? (We were leaving at 7:45 am to attend a ladies conference) Two guests had to carry my bags down. All this, and my party paid for FOUR rooms, staying at the Best Western on MY recommendation! They usually stay at the Holiday Inn across the way. (We travel to the conference every year) I was under the impression that this was a Premier location. I am embarrassed by your hotel! We, and other family members, have been faithful Best Western patrons for some time, but this stay has really left a bad taste in my mouth 😳
