- CCCalebJul 30, 20252.0The woman at the front desk, dark hair (might be Hispanic) was EXTREMELY rude. Made me feel very unwelcome at the hotel. I stayed there months and months ago and hesitated to write a review, until a family member stayed there recently and said the EXACT same thing! Please get rid of her. No guests deserve to be treated in that way, or the other employees, which I have overheard talking about her. NOT GOOD THINGS!!! Other than her I had a great stay! Thanks to the other employees, breakfast lady, and the housekeepers! But please, she needs to go. I have called corporate about her specifically.

They were friendly accommodating and no glitches and checking in. The rooms were clean. AC worked great and I enjoyed my stay there. If you are traveling through Platt, KS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BEST. WESTERN THERE FOR A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!
