- TSTim Irvin Sr3 days ago1.0I've been here for around 6 weeks. Breakfast and the lady attending breakfast great! However rooms dont get cleaned even if asked they have a serious drama going on between housekeepers. I at least left 7 complaints about room being serviced the last time I asked the housekeeper promised if I extended she would do a deep clean on my room I got back to my room and covers not tucked in same sheets on bed not even a half hearted effort given bits of paper articles I dropped a few days before I left to see if they were picked up , not happening. I had other guys at the laquinta inn next door and they cleaned rooms every day. Breakfast is good there but not great. However you do get your room cleaned wich imo at the end of the day is way more important to me. I have a couple more months here . Rest assured it won't be with BW . Like I said I left at least 7 messages for the manager and 0 response beds are about the same. Sleep closer to the window not the TV. I really gave this place way to many chances and spent thousands here. I am a very unhappy customer and manager needs replced or needs to start listening to customers. This place won't have a name in the future or maybe they should change to motel 6 or America's Best Value brand at least there you know what your going to get. I dont want to work or venture all day and come back to a room unserviced. Once I made them change my room after repeated request to service once I was told I'd have to pay for a clean room.

- BLBlake LeeOct 19, 20255.0Very very clean. Beds were beyond comfortable. Highly recommend . Only a 4 star on Location because there are not many food options around besides a Mcdonalds and Taco Bell. But everything about the hotel itself is 5/5.
- NMNate mossOct 6, 20254.0Nice hotel. Only complaint, my blanket had a stain that looked like dry blood. They change it out and the other blanket had the same stain. So I dont know. But, all was good besides that.
- JFJim FrenchOct 1, 20255.0Very nice hotel, all very clean, breakfast area is well setup, food was very good and well stocked by an attendant who quickly cleaned tables as they emptied. Had a slight issue with room lock which was quickly repaired. Very impressed with the desk personnel, especially Connie, she went above and beyond to get us checked in and situated in our rooms. Great job of taking care of customers. We'll be back!!
