The layout with the common hall does mean you will hear your neighbors leaving in the morning. Overall it’s a good place to stay with quick access to the hot springs. Staff were wonderfully accommodating.

- MMMagen MarieSep 28, 20255.0We traveled through Thermopolis and needed a place to stay. We first went to a nearby hotel and ended up leaving due to the cleanliness state of the building & rooms. We were slightly on edge and went to Plaza Hotel next. The moment we walked in, we were greeted so welcoming. Darla helped us out tremendously with booking & her hospitality. She saved us at a pinch and could not thank her enough. The hotel service, staff and rooms made us so relieved. Next time we are out that way, we will be staying there again.
