Rude customer service. Withheld deposit because of VALID bad review after finding bedbugs. Ultimatum given of “you’ll get a refund if you take down your 1-star review.”
Absolutely horrible.

UPDATE: Was finally able to talk to a manager about a refund WHO REFUSED BECAUSE I WOULDN'T TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW. I offered her to give her a couple extra stars and even give an update how they came to a solution but that my review was honest and I feel like people should know. They still refused and said that was my ONLY OPTION!! I'm still in disbelief - they won't even give me back the refundable deposit! Which I feel like is illegal but than again they're not a BBB ACREDITED BUSINESS! I refused to get my refund in hopes to keep it honest and pray that you don't make the same mistakes the other and I did.
DON’T STAY HERE - BED BUGS!!! I understand there’s bed bugs in a lot of places but the way the staff handled it seemed almost as if this happens quite a bit and comes at no surprise.
Side note: the curtains had a white substance on them, headboards weren't cleaned, and the tub had hair in it still so idk if that was cleaned either. The room was so insanely hot and the air conditioner sounded like it was about to blow up so we kept it off. I didn’t care too much it was just a little gross.
Anyways, we were getting ready for bed when I found 1 and brought it to the front. Front desk was basically like “yeah” not concerned or was trying to switch us rooms. By the time I came back up, there were much more. So at midnight - I packed up my son and my toddler who was already sleeping and was bitten up. One even popped when she rolled over so gross 😭 The only helpful thing the front did was gave us bags to throw all our stuff in. There wasn’t an offer for a refund (since we didn’t stay the night) no apology for the inconvenience. Absolutely nothing other than asking my room number multiple times and the bags. I asked about a refund and they said I’d have to contact the manager the next day. We left to go stay somewhere else AND had to make sure we were cleaned up along with all our stuff.
This happened on 10/4 and I still haven’t received a refund. Haven’t been able to talk to a manager or get a call back. I went through booking who has escalated the request for refund since they’re just waiting on the okay from the hotel.
Again, I know bed bugs are a thing but any sort of effort from the staff would have made me feel better about the inconvenience of that night.
So if you’re management and want to take away anything from this review - rooms could be cleaned a little better, maybe a better protocol dealing with bed bugs, and pls pls the staff along with yourself could just put in a little more effort. Staff came off a little rude as well.
I will say Cora (I believe that’s her name) was the only one who called to explain things which was cool.
If your someone looking for a hotel though I’d just stay clear from this one for a while.

There were mysterious stains on the bed sheets and mattress. We had to be transferred rooms in the middle of the night because of the stains. The room we got transferred to was SO noisy. I couldn’t sleep at all because of the Water pipes, footsteps, people yelling and slamming doors.
We were so excited to swim in the pool and got so disappointed when we seen the Murky water. Plus the Person at the front desk was Not welcoming at all. Horrible experience. I do not recommend.

I would give zero stars if possible. We are here on vacation our flight got delayed and we couldn’t stay in our air bnb another night so we quickly chose this hotel. When we got there and settled into our room the tv and the air didn’t work so we called the front desk. An hour later she calls us back with a different room. We move rooms and go swimming at 945 she came in and told us to get out because she was closing the pool. It didn’t close until 10. We dry off get our belongings head to our room and shower. My 13 year old son went with his uncle to get a hot chocolate they were laughing while getting their drinks and she told them to shut up and quiet down it was past 10 pm and she had a job to do. After they returned to the room I walked back to the front desk and nobody was there so I rang the bell she came out from the back asking why I was ringing the bell I said because you yelled at my son and made him upset. I explained we paid a lot of money for a run down room and just wanted a good nights sleep she explained she was 17 having to work the grave yard shift I told her that didn’t give her the right to have poor customer service I am a manager in retail and still have to be professional even during nasty situations. She then proceeded to call the police on us and tell us we had to leave. I ask for my money back and she said it was non refundable. So now we are at a different hotel and out even more money we don’t have to spend due to a young hostile teenager with no people skills. I understand policies and rules what I don’t understand is people being completely unprofessional and rude especially to guests children. I read several other reviews before posting. It seems the owner doesn’t care how his guests are treated they just steal your money and make you leave.
