Room was clean, staff was friendly, no actual address given for parking just a general area which was difficult due to all the construction. Free breakfast was pitiful lol overcooked eggs, sausage, waffles that were room temperature that you have to put in the toaster, and cereal. 0/10 truly I was honestly in shock

Poor service and disappointing experience We experienced very poor service from the front desk. When the door system stopped working and I requested a new key, they asked for identification — even though my passport was left inside the room. This caused unnecessary hassle and an uncomfortable situation. The breakfast was terrible with very limited options, and the internet kept disconnecting. The only place with a stable connection was down in the lobby, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. We paid around $5,000 for the stay (four rooms, eight people) and expected much better service, food, and basic infrastructure. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience overall.

I had booked 2 nights at this hotel as a solo traveler with work. Upon check in the male receptionist asked for my identification. I provided my driver's license to which he told me he can't accept, he can only accept my passport. I didn't have my passport with me and he refused to check me in as a result. I told him it wasn't specified that a passport was required. I was left stranded with no access to Wi-Fi trying to book another hotel and missed my first meeting as a result of this. No assistance provided by the hotel. I've attached the information from the hotel which I suggest should be updated to specify a passport is required upon check in. Extremely disappointing and poor service. I would recommend staying in the CQ Rittenhouse instead. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely rooms and location.

Room was small but very nice view out window was a brick wall There was basically no egress in place the stairway door for fire exit locked if you went out it with no way back no re-entery so you had to go down to bottom and go out a very scary back exit. Glad I had someone with me! Would have been trapped in place if there was a fire.

The room was overpriced. They charges a ridiculous early check in fee and I was charged a mysterious $58 fee for nothing.
