Service was excellent and so was the location. I used to live 4 blocks away so it was really nice being in my old neighborhood. The water though. Holy smokes. It was scary. There is something seriously wrong with their filtration system cause I went to a restaurant down the road and it didn't look like Gatorade Frost Glacier. I didn't even want to shower in it. It dried me eyes out so bad thank God I didn't wash my hair with it. I made a quick video with my sicky voice. Just be careful staying here my husband and my eyes got super irritated from the water here and he is much less sensitive than me.

Enjoyed my stay here. Booked here for the pool/hot tub and free breakfast. Rooms were modern and very clean thanks to our housekeeper Maria P. Pool and hottub were nice and the breakfast was great. Only suggestions I could think of is to add whipped cream to the breakfast and make the pool a bit hotter. One weird thing was the check in. Not a problem with the hotel itself, more a problem of corporate trying to save a buck by offering “live agent check in” which was fine but most likely someone underpaid overseas.

Decor and rooms are nicely updated. Room was not the cleanest as you could see soap residue in shower and found a cup in closet from previous guest. On our arrival, we told the front desk that the wi-fi was not password protected, was never corrected. Be aware that since this hotel is next to Nampa's Convention Center, you will share parking space with events going on in the Convention Center.

I accidentally left my mother’s heirloom necklace, a gold chain, and gold hoop earrings in my room. When I realized it, I called the front desk, only to be told that after 30 days they “get rid” of lost items. Excuse me—shouldn’t they try to contact the guest first? On top of that, it raises serious concerns about the integrity of housekeeping. If a valuable item is found, is it really being logged and kept safely, or just taken? The front desk was completely unhelpful and basically told me I was out of luck. Where is the honesty and professionalism here—both from housekeeping and from management? Bottom line: Do not stay here. Your personal belongings are not safe, and if you lose something, don’t expect any effort from staff to help you.
