Alan at the front desk was amazing he helped me book a last-minute room with during Barter Faire weekend with ease and provided great conversation and outstanding customer service. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the free breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated how attentive the staff were, making sure the food was always replenished and the breakfast area stayed clean. Also shout-out to Norman from maintenance as well he was on top of keeping the towels stocked in the pool room and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Great staff, clean rooms, and excellent service all around. I’ll definitely be staying here again! Thanks!

- AHAlyssa HickmanOct 25, 20251.0Yikes. I get that this location doesn't book out rooms for swim parties, but the way they went about it this time was so awful and rude. The kids (about 7-10 of them) got up to the room and the key card won't work. Birthday girls brother (maybe a jr in high school?) goes to check on the key card, the person at the front desk disabled it "because everyone has gifts and it's a birthday" and didn't even bother to tell anyone. She was completely rude to him and the adults present. Edited to add: not my reservation- not my kids bday. Just an observer of rude staff.
- JDJag DudeOct 6, 20254.0It’s a beautiful room. Quite spacious for one person. The view from my room was great! There’s a shopping area close by, walking distance if you don’t mind walking about a quarter mile. You walk way more than that inside a mall anyway. The window is awesome just don’t expect to be able to close those blackout curtains! That’s right, if there’s a full moon or bright lights outside you get to enjoy that too ALL NIGHT LONG! Like I said, the room looks great. And then y sit on the one seat available besides the desk chair…vinyl, yep vinyl! It squeaks, it’s cold to sit on and it brings back memories of sitting at the clinic waiting your turn to be seen. The sheer head needs some TLC but other than that the bathroom is just another bathroom. But hey! The room has a Keurig! The coffee selections is and will always be substandard for those of us that care about the coffee we drink. It’s a nice room, it’s not what I would call great but it’s not bad.
