- TRTraveling Lady RailfanOct 16, 20254.0->lost a point for extremely difficult TV (and shower only, no tub)<- Friendly check in. Gave us bottles of water (as diamond members) Nice room, clean. TV was extremely difficult for us to figure out so we ended up not using it. If you pushed the volume up, it muted the TV. If you pushed the channel changer, it adjusted the volume. It just made no sense. Wifi was ok. No bathtub, only a shower :( The sink was not in the bathroom which is fine, we've seen plenty of hotel rooms that has the sink outside the bathroom but never facing the beds before (Usually on the same side as the beds or around a corner) They do not have breakfast here on site, you can either have a grab and go bag or go next door to Denny's for a discounted Dennys breakfast or a choice of 3 items from a pre-set menu. This option was sufficient for us, though I have to say the sausages were the smallest things I'd ever seen. Overall a good stay! Price for a weekday in Sept 2025 was about $125 USD before tax.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with zero off-putting smells, plenty of parking, hvac works, hot water, HD tvs, good wi-fi, and the breakfast voucher option to Denny’s next door is great (many options). Good value BW. Special THANK YOU shout out to Crystalee (check-in), Anthony (check-out), and Lorena (housekeeping). It was a hassle-free stay. Keep up the good work!
- NONathan OwensOct 4, 20251.0Breakfast was the dumbest thing ever. Stayed here with my son, we had to leave at 7:00 to drive 3 hours to a soccer game. Went to get a breakfast voucher for Dennys at 6:40. She said they won’t work until 7. So we had to pay for our breakfast that we finished at 6:55. Was told by the Gal at the front desk it was because Dennys didn’t have enough staff before 7. Talked to the Dennys manager who said it was the hotels choice to do those hours and he would absolutely honor a voucher. But the front desk gal sat firm and refused to give us a voucher. So tacky Also, the beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab. Walls and ceiling are paper thin, you can hear everything that is said or goes on in the hotel. This is a far cry from a 3-star hotel, it’s more like a motel 6 with a little make-up on. So save your breath and apology about “having another chance” or whatever your auto-response BS is. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free
