- MBMelanie Bunkley2 days ago1.0The room i was in..107 first floor has roaches in the bathroom. They said they would put a 100$ hold on my card just if there were damages..I was there less then 10 hours..and they charged my care for the 100$ holding fee with no damages to the room. I got a non smokers room and went outside to my car when I needed a smoke..they charged me for a smoking and cleaning fee....no heads up no nothing..never again will I stay at Best Western

- JVJoe VasquezOct 23, 20255.0Great place to stay while visiting Colorado Springs. Our room, if I remember correctly, 326 had a fantastic view of Pikes Peak. Free hot breakfast, scrambled eggs, sausage and sometimes bacon, potatoes, waffle maker, a variety of cereals, toast, bagels and orange juice or apple juice. Wow, pretty much all you can eat! ( Still be considerate of others eating too). Staff was very polite and accommodating when we needed extra towels or toiletries. Very easy to get to right off the interstate and close to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Plenty of places to eat nearby whether it be something familiar or someplace new. Would highly recommend this Best Western as it is a safe area and very very clean inside and out. Very welcoming with a home feeling. Thanks to all at this location in Colorado Springs!!

The view is wonderful and the breakfast is pretty dang good! If we're back in town for more business, we're definitely going to be looking into this spot again for our stay!

The staff here was truly amazing: so friendly, welcoming, and inviting from the moment we arrived. Their kindness really made our stay feel special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Colorado Springs. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options to choose from. As a dog owner, I especially appreciated how super dog-friendly the hotel is. They even have a nice grass area that made it easy and convenient for taking my dog out. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
