    Ich habe ein Zimmer über Booking.com gebucht. Die Reiseroute hat sich geändert und ich habe schon im Juli die Übernachtung kostenfrei storniert und auch die Bestätigung erhalten. Trotzdem hat das Hotel den Übernachtungsbetrag im Oktober von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Auf meine Emails antwortet das Hotel nicht. Das ist Betrug. Vorsicht beim Buchen des Hotels!

    Fantastic location and a fantastic hotel. We generall stay at Holiday Inn Express locations but we found this Best Western Plus just as good if not better in some aspects. It's just off the highway, there are gas stations, eateries and even a Walmart around the hotel so it's very convinient. It's a few ramps away from the roads leading to Muskoka etc from the 400 as well. The entire hotel has a very nice decor, the rooms have actual curtains, the temperature controls is very nice. We just had a small issue with the lack of room cleaning service the two days we were there so you might need to call the front desk and ask for that service/clarify it from the start. We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next trip to the beautiful part of the province.

    CAME BACK TO EDIT THIS BECAUSE AFTER A MONTH THE WEBSITE IS STILL NOT UPDATED. OFFCIAL WEBSITE says there IS luggage storage service but the front desk insisted that there is none. I showed the lady the website and she said the website is operated by a third party and it was not up to date. That is the problem on your hotel end yet the guests are the ones suffering. The front desk is not helping at all. Logically, If a hotel does not throw away lost items of guests, you should be able to keep belongings in a place which is literally a luggage storage area. Not to mention that the lady said the hotel actually receives packages on behalf of guests. That is the exact same thing! I dont understand why it is not possible to keep my bag behind the front desk when I actually offered to sign a waiver: if anything happens to my stuff it is 100% on me. If you are not able to provide the service due to any reason, no problem, just do NOT write that on your website. But if you did, I reckon it is the hotel’s responsibility to offer alternatives or work something out to compensate for the mistake you make. Not leaving me stranded with a 8kg bag at the hotel lobby. Poor staff training, poor management and poor hotel policy. Everything else was good but this last bit caused me a HUGE trouble when I do not have a car. Disappointed to see such a big brand making such mistakes.

    Booked three rooms with a wedding party. Staff gave us keys to a room that was already occupied and we ended up surprising some other hotel guests walking in their locked room with a key, which was not pleasant for anyone involved. When I returned to the desk to let them know, there were no apologies- they simply moved us away from the rest of our party to another floor. Once we got up to our new room we discovered they didn’t activate the key so we had to make another trip down to the front desk. Overall it was not a welcoming experience, unfortunately.
