  Very safe and clean hotel. The breakfast was amazing as well as the pool and workout area.

  Not the normal BW Plus quality. Furniture was filthy and sticky, along with the elevator floors and various other places around the hotel. Bugs were also a problem. Waited about 5 mins before having to ring the bell sitting down by their computers out of reach, before someone came to check me in. Also a strange smell was ever present.

  Service is terrible, we got there & the key machine was dwn which is understandable..we ended up getting the keys later in the night...however, we went for breakfast this morning in our pajamas so we could go to go back to the room and get back in bed and our key wouldn't work....we stood at the front desk fir over 20 minutes because Kevin was by the pool on his phone & noone was at the front desk until Christine who must have noticed how long we were there went to find someone..thank God we didnt have a baby in the room....there shouldnt be one person working...do better

  they was wonder manger was great staff was super sweet and they made us feel at home we will definitely stay again and great breakfast i wish i could give 10 stars

  Hotel is nice staff is friendly not to bad except the room we are in is not cleaned properly the comforter has stains on it carpet is stained and found hair in the bed very disappointed in the room for sure being a best western member and stayed at quite a few my bill surely should be adjusted probably won't be staying at this location again.
