- DDDanOct 17, 20252.0Arrived today, the first room smelled like old musty smoke. Not too strong but enough to notice. The very nice front desk lady gave me another room, it smelled the same. Tried 4 rooms, the front desk employee agreed that each room smells, that it's an older place, and probably don't have anything that doesn't smell.

- JHJeffrey HughesSep 8, 20254.0We had extremely bad experiences on a road trip to Oregon and No. Cal. staying only at best western. All but one, were terrible. This hotel in palm desert was the way they used to be. Safe, clean and quiet(where applicable). Will definitely stay here, again
