    Had an excellent stay here. Room was very clean and modern (no carpets). Staff were friendly and quick check-in experience. Nice complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. On-site restaurant was good and the $12 breakfast vouchers were well worth it. Wonderful stay and great value.

    The hotel is outdated although the room felt clean for the most part. The front desk receptionist was friendly however it is very noisy and hard to sleep starting at 6 am as you can constantly hear doors being slammed.

    Avoid this hotel at all costs. The room floor was dirty, and the bathroom hygiene left much to be desired. Our room (132) was located next to an extremely noisy corridor, with people constantly moving around and slamming doors throughout the night. 9 PM update: Two McDonald’s truck has been parked by our window for over an hour, running their engine and cooling system loudly. According to the front desk, they are here every day until 7AM.

    I booked this hotel for one singular reason: the advertised King size bed. Upon arrival, I was immediately downgraded to a cramped, uncomfortable double bed with zero apology. This bait-and-switch was the first sign of what appeared to be poor hotel management. When I inquired about the missing King bed, the staff offered no solution. Instead, the representative chose to blame me for not booking directly with the hotel. They implied that because I used a third-party website, my reservation was somehow less valid or a lower priority. This level of discriminatory service—treating paying customers differently based on their booking channel—is completely unacceptable and falls far below basic hospitality standards.

    I stayed at the hotel with a friend about two weeks ago, and we were there for a night. I was told to give a security deposit of $250 because all I had on me was a debit card. When I was checking in, I let the hotel staff know that I would be checking out very early in the morning as I had an early flight , they told me that was fine and that I would still get my deposit as long as nothing in the room was damaged. The next morning, I was told my balance was showing 0 and the person at the desk told me it was fine for me to leave and someone who came in later that day would sort it out for me. I and my dad called multiple times and I was told they would sort it out. They asked for my mailing information, and when I called I was told that if I didn’t receive anything in two weeks, I should call back. I called back, and I was told I received my deposit the day I left, I told them that I didn’t, and the staff told me that they would need to confirm with a manger then get back to me. I’ve called multiple times and each time they told me the manager had already left for that day and the would need to take that to them and get back to me, but they never did. I still haven’t heard or received anything from them
