  We stayed here to attend a wedding. Check in time was the same time the ceremony started, we called ahead and had no problem checking in an hour early to change for the wedding which we greatly appreciated. Our room was very clean, we had a wonderful view of the river, plenty of parking, breakfast had just enough variety- I am gluten free and had no problem with the options provided. I especially enjoyed the specialty coffee machine! More hotels should have this. Our room had a refrigerator and wer were pleasantly surprised to fund two bottles of water in it- very helpful after a wedding. Staff was friendly and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I found myself in Oswego.

  Lovely hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Particularly fond of the high-quality shampoo and soap provided. Breakfast was adequate with an excellent brewed to order espresso machine. Great views from the balcony of my room.

  Stayed there for two nights for Oswego State parents weekend. Staff was friendly. Rooms were dated, but ok. Bathroom was not stocked properly with towels or toiletries. Long cavernous hallways that at night are very poorly lit. Rear parking lot entrances, that are posted keycard access after 8pm are left unlocked. Used them a couple of times after 8, one time to grab something out of the car at 1am, and walked right back in. Pool and gym areas were locked at posted time, so they might want to rethink their security priorities. There are better options in the area.

  This hotel is TERRIBLE. I booked a room for 4 nights and arrived for a Conference. My room was ready; however, the sheets had never been changed on at least one of beds; the floor had not been vacuumed; there was hair in the shower and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. As it was midnight, there was no one available to address the problem. When I spoke with the front desk early in the morning (around10:30) and asked for the manager (who was not available) they assured me it would be taken care of immediately. I checked in two hours later, it had not been taken care of, then two hours after that NOTHING. The hotel is full so there are no available rooms. It is now 7:15pm and despite continued requests, nothing has happened. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and does not deserve a review other than TERRIBLE.

  We stayed at this place just because there were no other place available due to dirt week race this weekend. Booked for a queen size bed and we got a full size bed 🙄. Even my son has bigger bed than what we got this weekend and he has queen size bed at home. I think these people didn’t know the actual what or which bed sizes is. Stayed for 2 nights and I didn’t really have a good night sleep. The bed is too small to sleep comfortably for 2 adults. We even went back to lobby wanted to confirm if our room 316 has queen size and the front desk said yes it’s queen which totally was not queen. The manager needs to checks all room and update in their systems. Never ever again we will back booking at this place. Room was pretty good except there was no microwave like the website said inside the room. The microwave only in the dining. Breakfast was ok.. it was basic continental breakfast. The only thing I really like and looking forward to only the Nescafé machine, I can have coffee or latte all day.
