  This is a great hotel for a great price! The breakfast that is included has a lot of different options and was great! It’s also close enough to Disney that it’s a quick drive and it’s far enough away where you don’t hit the Disney resort traffic. There are grocery stores, outlets, restaurants, etc across the road so you can grab snacks, dinners, drinks or whatever else you need! The staff was great and the room was clean. A special shoutout to Julian at the front desk, who helped us with a true medical emergency and asked several times how my son was doing, which was so thoughtful and kind! I highly recommend this hotel.

  Good breakfast and good lobby. Housekeeping was frustrating. They don't clean well and they don't do the beds everyday, the guest have to ask in front desk for it and even so may not happen. Also, they used OUR our product to clean the bathroom. The carpet from both the room and the hallways were super dirty and the floor was quite uneven.

  Please READ! stay away from this dump, pay a little more and go to a nice place, this place was the nightmare of best westerns, I'm trying to talk to the manager now almost a week and she is too busy to talk. The hallways smell like weed, and no air flow... The room was discussing, had food all over the counters, asked for someone to clean it, they literally brought me a spray bottle and a rag, and she waited for it, the bed sheets had blood literally blood, and the towels were full of hair, the iron didn't work, the iron board was nasty plain nasty, the walls were gross, the carpet was dirty, all they did was hand me towels, sheets, and a cleaning bottle but charged me for a full night like if I stayed in a clean room. STAY AWAY!

  Paid in advance and booked online. Paid $100 deposit for 2 nights extra at the checking. However on checkout they deducted $30 charge for no reason. They said its a night charge which is never mentioned at booking confirmation or told at time of check in. Not a happy customer and disappointed. They should advise this clearly instead of ripping people off.

  If I could give it zero stars I would. I booked through ticketsatwork.com. I'm a single mom who is in school and works two jobs. I decided this wknd to travel to Orlando and spend the day with my children. I got tired while we were on I drive. I said let's book a room and tomorrow we can maybe enjoy a day in Kissimmee. I booked a two queen bed suite with sofa bed. I saw on the site a 11.99 resort fee no biggie. I'm also used to paying $25-50 deposit for incidentals. I got here and was given completely different room total and instructed my total plus deposit was over $230. I politely showed desk attendant my card had already been charged for $148. She then proceeded to tell me I still had a $100 deposit. The breakfast is not worth it. It continental. The rooms are dated and there is an odor like old or mildew. Once I got to my room I pulled sheets back to spray the disinfectant. There was black bugs and dirt. Stains on head board and sheets. Sofa bed had bad odor and pillows unkept. Room had not been properly cleaned. In addition, it was super late. I went down to front desk. She stated they could find another room. My phone died. She hands me keys to what she says is same type of room. I get to room And it is no sofa bed. My son had to sleep on the floor. The desk attendant stated she could help me find another hotel however it was now 1205am. Then they had already had a $100 hold plus cost of room on my card. I work so hard. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a hotel. I will never book here or with a best western ever again. Ever. And im a travel nurse I have literally been every where in various hotels by far worse experience ever. Too exhausted and angry to cry. I'm paranoid there's bugs here because of the last room. This has been a horrific experience. Do not book!!!
