- YKYuriy KSep 21, 20254.0The hotel offers an excellent price considering its standard and location. The cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. It's conveniently situated within walking distance to a restaurants and a gas station.

We looked at this hotel, saw a four star review and booked it, thinking it would be a decently pleasant experience. Boy, were we wrong. After driving 8 hours, we ended up having to wait, locked outside of the hotel, for 15 minutes at 5 a.m. before anyone came to the desk, and, that was only after we directly called the hotel. After that, we received our room key, and were relieved only to find when we got to our room, it was dirty. The bed linen was used and drawn back as if someone had just gotten out of bed and there were towels strewn across the floor. We had to then go back downstairs and wait another 10 minutes for the front desk staff to come back to give us a different room, we had to call him again for this to happen. Then, the room we were given we had to wipe everything down because even the new room wasn’t fully clean. You would think that it was over there. But no. In the morning, housekeeping tried to come into our room with the do not disturb on our door at about 10, good thing we had the deadbolt on the door. Then, this evening we get back to our room, at 11 p.m. only to find out that we’ve been locked out. We go back to the front desk and have to yell for assistance as the bell to ring for assistance was taken away. We were told “Yeah your reservation didn’t show up” by the same exact person who had checked us in the night before. On top of this, someone had entered our room prior to it being locked. This trip isn’t even over yet. I dread to find out what will happen tomorrow. I want anyone who tries to stay here. DONT DO IT !!! Stay FAR FAR away!! I never leave reviews but this was absolutely horrid. Not sure who is the manager of this hotel but they need to do better.
