- DNDiscover with NikouOct 14, 20254.0Nice Stay and Excellent Service We stayed one night at the Best Western Hotel. The receptionist was very polite and helpful — she even changed our room to the 4th floor upon request and gave us great information about nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the hotel didn’t provide enough shampoo or basic amenities like bottled water and toothpaste, so we had to ask for them. Breakfast was not included, and we had to pay separately, but it was very good, and the lady serving breakfast was friendly and pleasant. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with good customer service, and we appreciated the staff’s hospitality.

While they attempted to fix the toilet right away it still wasn’t fixed and we needed to be out of our room for longer. Then for two days the key lock didn’t work so we had to walk down to reception Everytime. The only positive is that it’s dog friendly but still the room standard should have been better for the price we paid.

- YBYves B.Sep 26, 20255.0The breakfast was exceptionally delicious. The waitress was very attentive and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Reception was very pleasant and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars for location is because it is a fair distance from HWY 11. The quality of the included breakfast will definitely be a determining factor in favour of this hotel for future stays.

Pet friendly room as we are travelling with our dog. We had an awesome stay here! Very quiet hotel, friendly staff. Great room, well appointed. We had a fantastic meal at the connected restaurant too. Other than having to walk through/around smokers at the side door in the evenings, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Looking forward to our next stay.
