Breakfast eggs so slimy egg whites not cook well! Hash browns is taste like steel. First time experience this Best Western! We usually happy with good experience but ....

While my room was clean, well equipped and quiet I have to add that the pool and jet spa area was shabby and unkept. This establishment definitely needs to give that amenity some attention.
