    For being a Best Western, I did expect the room to be in better condition. Torn curtains, broken tiles in bathroom, tub/shower had issues. Glad we were just staying overnight for an early flight.

    This was a great stay! They are remodeling but kept it very clean, the pool water was great temperature and the bed was super comfortable. Quick and cheap Uber ride to Old Market. Reddy at the front desk is the best! He was kind, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable! Would definitely stay here again.

    First off the front desk person was extremely rude. I asked a few questions and was snapped at. I saw a few homeless people around and questioned her about it and her answer was "park at your own risk" very rudely. Im a single woman traveling alone and was a bit concerned. By the way thete is a homeless shelter and a prison close to the hotel. Send this is by no means a BW PLUS...if I had not been so tired I would have gone elsewhere. I would not recommend this place.

    Low end but better than most at that price point. Clean and with a hot breakfast. Five minutes to airport.
