Carpet had loose dirt debris, food prep area drips of white stuff all over cabinets, room door one inch gap bottom, toilet ran all night, tile in bathroom blackish. I was very surprised at reviews on line being so high. Wifi is open no password. Staff was friendly but really a dirty hotel and I used to travel for a living.
- CPChristopher PrewittSep 25, 20255.0This place really is a great place to stay. The staff is great, the lobby is very welcoming, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Downside, heaven help you if you're in one of the rooms on the backside of the hotel facing the neighborhood. It's like tractor pulls mixed with the Great Value brand Fast and Furious overlaid with a 90's music revival concert. Edit: meh, you folks deserve a 5 it's not your fault. See you again.

- EEEric ESep 16, 20252.0This is a Best Western PLUS. And this is their hot tub. It has been this way for literally months. Every time I come, they have two people taking care of breakfast, which should be a good thing. However, they seemingly spend the entire time walking around together talking to each other rather than paying attention to the guests. They often are out of (or simply haven't restocked) various breakfast items. They even didn't have plates once. A guest went looking in the cabinets and finally located some. I feel like they could save money by just having one person taking care of breakfast and we might get better service because they could focus on something other than talking with each other. Many rooms have loose toilets, but the rooms are spacious. It feels to me like a typical Best Western, not a PLUS with its associated premium cost. It would be fine if it was half the price. I continue staying there because of the location.
