- RSRobert SakaOct 21, 20255.0Definitely the best hotel in Okotoks. I'd love to see them have coffee available during the day or evening in the lobby area. However there is a Tim Hortons close by and it is directly across from the Costco if you want to hit the food court over there for something. This place is kept impeccably clean throughout.

- MAMelissa AOct 16, 20254.0Laat Thursday night there were toddlers strewn about the hallway outside of the banquet room which was feet away from my room door. We arrived at 10pm, noise didn't settle down until 11pm. I didn't want to call and complain unless it took longer. Everything else was great though.
- JCjulie cSep 15, 20253.0It’s the only game in Okotoks so we really don’t have much of a choice to stay here. We spent 6 nights in a king room with kitchenette without any major problems. The room was large, we were able to control the temp to our liking and very dark when the shades were drawn. The bathroom is a little tight, housekeeping is every other day but you can ask for what you need. I would prefer higher wattage light bulbs, the room was extremely dim even when all the lights were turned on. Is it clean? Don’t know, too dim to tell. I asked for a late checkout of 1pm and was told there would be a charge for that, I’d understand if the hotel was sold out and they needed to turn over the rooms but there were less than 10 cars in the parking lot. They did offer me free until noon??? 1 more hour would have killed them? This is the type of decision that kills the desire for brand loyalty, Marriott/Hilton brands need to come to town.
- AHAmy HSep 12, 20255.0We stayed here with our 2 dogs mid August and had a really pleasant experience. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. There was no trouble with our pets. Our room was clean and the A/C was strong. A room with 2 beds was spacious enough for 2 medium sized dogs. Housekeeping was wonderful as well.
