The employees knocked on the door repeatedly, called room and cell asking us to move are truck to the muddy dirt parking lot across the highway although they had an empty lot. We are diamond rewards customers. With an expensive truck. Ladies at front desk awful. This is the time we will ever deal with bestwestern. All of there motels. From broken tv, broken treadmills, leaking faucets, nearly no water pressure, generally just dirty, rude staff. The list goes on. I'll be taken my business that has standards.
