The walls were a bit thin in our room with an adjoining door to someone else’s room. We could hear them and their dog. The lady at the front desk checking us in was very nice and friendly.

Safety felt top priority — everything was secure, and staff were attentive. The meals and drinks were a highlight, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Staff assistance was exceptional; they helped me plan a surprise event seamlessly. Noteworthy features like cozy fireplaces, scenic views, and serene common areas added to the charm. The location allowed us to unwind while still being close to attractions. From check-in to departure, everything was smooth and welcoming. Highly recommended.

It’s at the end of the hotel strip on the promenade so it was pretty quiet. But the room itself felt dingy, run down, and not super clean. I might stay here again. For the price, I was hoping for more than just location.
