- JDJamie Donner2 days ago1.0Hotel was clean and housekeepers were nice. But the front desk woman named Kim was completely rude to me, my daughter, and my case manager! My daughter wasn't attending school that day because she was having a bad asthma attack and she wouldn't let her back in the room when I was gone. Wouldn't let her in to even get her phone. She made her cry and she had to leave to go to the gas station to call me!
- GMGreg Martz6 days ago3.0Room overall was pretty good. Definitely thin walls and could easily hear walking down the hallway and people in the adjoining room. Luckily that died down by 11pm. Breakfast was one of the lower quality that we have experienced. No meat protein other than "sausage" gravy that was really soup with maybe two tiny pieces of what I guess was sausage. Eggs were kind of gritty and seemed like powdered, or something was off. Only yogurt was a danon light and something. Wife took one taste and threw the rest away, bad fake sugar after taste. Elevator was rather scary with loud thunks and surging stops.
