- PSPaul Seyffart4 days ago2.0definitely not up to par with all the other best western plus’s that i’ve stayed at, i’m on a cross country trip right now and have stayed in a lot of the BW+ because they have upgraded amenities and tend to me a tad more comfortable but this specific situation seems a lot more like a normalbest western. Everything was either outdated or out of order. Pool wasn’t in service, gym equipment was out of order, elevator broke 3x in our 1 night stay. Staff was very kind and helpful
- AFAnnmarie Ferrante5 days ago2.0This is not a “plus” Hotel. Yes, it has a gym. The pool is under construction. However, the beds are not comfy, they are stiff. The chairs in the room should be thrown out .no decent hotel would keep over used uncomfortable chairs in a room. the towels they give you are rough and thin more like rags not towels. You expect more from best western “plus”

- AYanthony youngOct 13, 20252.0Good location. Staff not friendly, combative and unwelcoming. Morning shift both days Sunday and Monday. Shower leaking and told us that is just what it does use more towels. Then try to book shuttle to airport, abrupt and semi rude tone just to book one. Not the same experience i get from the many many stays i do in other hotels of this brand. Stay again? Probably not, at the price being fairly high for what you get not worth this location find other place.
- AHAutumn HolthofOct 7, 20252.0Staff was really nice and friendly however the room was the issue. The room was absolutely filthy. Mold in the shower and bathroom, ceiling was crumbling, the lamps had holes in the shades and would nonstop flicker. The bathroom was filled with fruit flies and hair was everywhere. The shower was definitely not cleaned inbetween stays. The microwave was so gross it was unusable. Not a single plug in the room worked so we had to use portable chargers. The beds were so hard the floor was more comfortable. The pool wasn't even there it was a storage area which I wish was advertised.
