Their service was excellent. Got free room upgrade. Breakfast was real amazing with variety of choices both hot and cold. Beverages selection was amazing with fully workimg expresso machine.

Out of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our trip to TX, this was by far the worst. It was also the cheapest, although not by much, so I am considering that in this review.
Upon check in, it did smell and appear clean.
Breakfast was good and included the regulars as well as an omelette station. My girls loves the waffles.
The biggest problem was the room and beds. We could very much feel each spring. When we walked in the humidity hit us like a brick wall. They were clearly struggling with air conditioners (I believe my planned room was switched and what I gathered was that it was due to an AC issue.) The 2nd night we noticed it was better. Housekeeping has been in and cranked the AC down to 63 from 70, so I'm sure that helped with the humidity. I also noticed a bit of mold of the ceiling of the bathroom.
It wasn't bad enough for us to check out. But I would not return to this hotel.
WORST BOOKING EVER from ALL my countries that I've been to.
We originally booked for April 4th but rescheduled to April 10th through Booking. Somehow, they charged us twice. I tried explaining this to the front desk on 10th Apr, but the staff didn’t even bother to listen—they just charged us again like it was no big deal.
I’ve called Customer Service 10 times to get them to actually look into this double charge. On top of that, I’ve called the hotel multiple times myself, and every time the staff just acts like I’m making it up—saying they don’t know what I’m talking about and that it “could never happen.” Except my bank statement proves otherwise, with two charges staring right back at me.
Today was the last straw. They said they already refunded the money but refused to show any proof and flat-out refused to take any more calls. Their attitude was basically, “We did our job, deal with it.” This is beyond frustrating.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with free parking available. The staff, particularly the front desk personnel, were very helpful and respectful, and were a major reason for the high rating.
The complimentary breakfast was basic but sufficient. While the offerings didn't change throughout our stay, making it a bit repetitive after a while, this wasn't a significant issue for our short stay.
We appreciated the hotel's flexibility with our late check-in and early check-out.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They tried to kick me out of me room so the housekeeper could clean it. When I told them that I didn't feel well due to getting sick from their breakfast food, they refused to provide housekeeping. The A/C unit had visible black mold spores on it affecting my asthma but the receptionist lied claiming that it was clean even though I had photos of the black mold spores on the exterior of the A/C unit. I ended up with a food borne illnesses within 4-6 hours after eating their breakfast. I experienced extreme nausea and diarrhea multiple times in one day after eating their breakfast. The receptionist tried to argue with me about leaving my room so the housekeeper could clean it but failed to mention at check-in the day before that that was their hotel policy. Unprofessional staff, unclean rooms, moldy A/C units and a very unpleasant stay. I will never book at this hotel ever again. I have Graves disease and asthma, and the mold exposure caused me to not be able to use the A/C unit and it was very hot in the room. The staff could care less about their customers.
