- EEemilyOct 6, 20254.0Average hotel. FYI - the free breakfast is part of their resturaunt, it's not like normal hotel breakfast. You need to order like a normal resturaunt, keep this in mind if you're pressed for time. There IS a bathroom in the resturaunt, it's just a little hidden. Would stay here again.

- LLLaurieOct 1, 20255.0What a magnificent location! The scenery and views here are stellar and we never tired of them. A wrap around balcony (common - no partitions) highlights these views. Desk staff here are the best; they are engaged, friendly, professional and informative. Assistance with luggage is available as well as a luggage trolley, and the "open on both sides" elevators work perfectly. A well equipped fitness room plus a sauna, hot tub and pool are available, and a fantastic, sit down, free breakfast is served from 7 am to 10 pm. This hotel is quiet, and the elevators are situated at the end of the hallway rather than in the middle, allowing for a more quiet stay. Vending machines are situated by the front door and Inuit art beautifies the hallways throughout. The room is well equipped and is clean, with very comfy beds. Tech is also installed with USB as well as USB-C ports! The fridge is huge. The only negative is the washroom size - the washroom door almost meets the toilet upon entering. A larger washroom would be an improvement. This is a fantastic hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel has a large fitness center and pool for those who like to stay active and wind down after a busy day. Also has a beautiful outdoors where you can take a walk. The staff here was amazing and so courteous, right from check-in the process was smooth and the front desk folks were super friendly. Restaurant staff as well were very nice, helpful and the nice lady there even gave me tips on where to buy snacks and water from if I need during my stay. Internet was also good throughout my stay. Cons The rooms are dated. The carpets in the room reek of unpleasant odors and clearly needs a refresh. Bathroom was tiny in the room I stayed and again everything room infrastructure wise needs an upgrade. Except for the TV which was nice and big and modern.
