I think it's 1 of 2 options in Greensburg...but it was clean and the rooms were nice. It was quiet.

We never made it to our arranged location due to a very intense surprise storm, forcing us to stop driving. We got rooms at a Best Western in Dodge instead. But instead of doing normal cancellation charges, this business charged us for a full nights stay. Instead of typical cancellation fees. No discussion. "Its our policy" is reoeated as if its ok to take money for nothing at all in return. They did this with no warning. We were never informed they were going to do that, so imo, we had no written or verbal contract. All of our verbal exchanges were cordial btw. No yelling. I felt like Roy and I communicated well. Except for him never mentioning any cancellation policy at all. I feel like, when the hospitality industry turns into what feels like a predatory businees - for travellers in a bind, i think we need to shine a light on such. As it seems more like highway robbery. And "policy" is just a word used to club clients into accepting being taken. I wish all who choose not to rest here, a peaceful nights rest, somewhere else.
