Older hotel, stains on carpet, musty smelling hallways. Light bulb needs replaced, mattress on both beds sagging, $160.00 for 1 night is to much in my opinion for the condition the room was in.
Room 304 is a suite. It had new decor but there was damage in the room- lamp shade, tv remote didn’t work, no window screens, rusted bathroom door frame, faucet handle missing trim ring. But things went wrong the first night, I had a few bug bites, so I thought maybe mosquitos. Next night same place on my body, more bites, in a row. So I am thinking not mosquitos. Probably the bug that bites in a line, often found at hotels. Breakfast was standard free hotel food, instant coffee.
Coming from out of State but stayed at a Best Western as well worked along in the past and this has been the worse experience. During the stay on The 2nd floor went to get ice. The ice machine wasn’t working, had to walk downstairs to then was told that it’s not working and to use the 3rd floor one. Being in the room I was In it was nasty. There was dried up blood by the sink walls, the bathroom tub has rust and dark stains, the bedroom lamps were holes, and black stains all over. Mind you these lamps shades were beige. Upon opening up the sofa bed there were no extra Linen. And the mattress had no sheets. Had to walk downstairs and ask. Waiting for extra the young lady only provided 1 blanket. So had to return to ask for something as who is going to sleep on just a mattress. ( Even though we asked for sheets for the sofa we couldn’t even open the sofa bed because how uncomfortable how dirty it looked we just placed the bed sheets on top of the sofa ). The next morning I informed the gentleman at front desk that the water in the tub was not going down. And was not able to get the water stopper to come back up. He said ok he will have someone take care of it. After returning back in the evening I came back to no one coming in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned, all the dirty linen that I placed By the door was still there as well as the bag of trash. There was no clean linen to use or nothing. ( and no there was no sign placed at the door for privacy or no housekeeping . I made Sure of that before leaving). So had to walk down the steps and speak with front desk. The young lady during this time said she doesn’t know why. And it doesn’t say anything on why the room wasn’t cleaned. I told Her I seen a housekeeper cart down the hallway in a different room so she was on the floor. After speaking with her. I requested New linen and new towels. And still had to shower with a tub full of water.
Also, while standing at the front desk over heard someone who was staying there that they had bed bugs in their room. This felt like a motel feeling. I would Not be staying here ever. Or would ever recommend anyone even though I liked The fact that everything I needed Was minutes away.

My go to place. Very clean and customer service is wonderful in the day time. But the night man is very very rude.

I got to my room and it reeked of cigarettes. They switched out my key for another room, several spots on the carpet and couch were wet with humidity. The shower had mold and the lampshades had stains and were bent. The sheets had crumbs and were covered in other people's hair. The outside is rough looking as well. Not worth the price.
