The location is okay. The room is pretty outdated. My rating of 2 stars is due to the ridiculously small pillows. I have never slept so poorly in a hotel. We had a party of 4 so the pillows were spread between the others. The pillows were so small that even doubled over I was still quite literally inverted. Not only were they small, they offered zero support, I ended up folding a hoodie and placing it underneath the pillow. Of all the things to get wrong, this is the worst one to mess up. The entire reason to book a hotel is for a place to sleep comfortably. I could have gotten better sleep in my car which I was very tempted to do. I will never stay here again for this one reason. I wish I had taken pictures of the pillows, they’re comically small.

First of all, shout out to Raj and Deepak for their excellent service and helping our team with all the logistics.
We had booked a banquet hall for a big event along with rooms at the same property. The banquet hall is very spacious, and the furniture was arranged per our instruction. The staff was very obliging when we asked for changes.
The rooms are excellent! Large, clean, and fresh. The lounge area is pretty and comfortable.
The access to the property with proximity to I93 and I95 is excellent. Just 20mins away from Boston airport. Large spacious parking availability.
Overall, an excellent experience. Definitely going back!

Best Western is one of my favorite hotels because of their breakfast, service, and room set ups. This location left me a bit disappointed. The room we had, Rm 314, was really stinky, it smelled like feet. I’m not sure if it was the carpet but it was just horrid. Disinfectant and room spray did not help much. The furniture was a bit outdated, though if the room had been a little more presentable and cleaner, the out dated furniture would had not mattered. The walls and ceilings and pictures on walls were dirty as well. Breakfast was the best part of the stay, it was fresh, lots of variety, and good 9/10. The orange juice was watered down and did not taste too good. Staff were friendly, not so attentive, but okay. It could have been a better experience for the price paid for one night, definitely not worth the cost of room. The pool was warm and okay… Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

For $1,284 (5 nights) at the Best Western Plus New Englander, I expected comfort and service — instead, I got long waits, noise, and missing basics like shampoo. Breakfast was inconsistent, the pool unusable, and staff anything but friendly. The “Plus” in the name must mean a plus in blood pressure, because it’s certainly not in quality.
On arrival, we had to wait nearly an hour to check in. Fourteen people were in line while one completely overwhelmed front desk helper tried to check everyone in. Guests kept coming back because their room cards didn’t work — or worse, because they’d been given keys to rooms already occupied. The unhappy guests in front of me only got irritated replies like, “I’m not the manager.” Great start.
The pool is “open” from 9 am to 10 pm, yet somehow cleaning can’t be done in the 11 hours it’s closed — instead, it’s done during the 13 hours it’s supposed to be available. So much for using the pool before check-out… fail.
Asking the front desk manager (picture a smaller J.R. Ewing) only got me an unfriendly response. Housekeeping skipped the blanket sheet altogether and left it beside the bed. In the bathroom you’ll find conditioner, body lotion, and soap bars — but no shampoo. And no minibar either — unless an empty fridge counts as “service.”
Breakfast? Sometimes scrambled eggs, sometimes not. Bacon showed up on 2 of 5 days. Always very limited choices.
If you want a quiet place, this is the wrong hotel. From the outside it’s either cooling trucks or construction machinery waking you up early. On the inside it’s the very loud ice machine on one side of the floor or the maids throwing doors every minute in the morning. The doors are so thin that if people talk in the hallway, you hear every word.
For over $200 a night, this really isn’t what I’d call value.
