- CMChelsea MerriottOct 23, 20255.0Found this on booking.com was able to save some money on a great room for the night on our way through Nashville. Great customer service on all sides. Adelita was wonderful as well she made sure we had plenty to eat and kept the food fresh and the breakfast bar clean. If in need on the way back through we will stop here again! Thank you all for the hospitality.
- ADAnthony DavenportOct 21, 20251.0Be Aware : they actively badger you at breakfast for positive reviews so be cautious about some effusive reviews on other travel review sites. The "Free Shuttle" from the airport is totally unreliable. Despite 2 phone calls to the hotel to confirm the shuttle was coming , it never arrived. We were stranded at the airport at 10.50 p.m. Eventually abandoned hope and paid for an Uber.Hotel staff on the phone had such a thick accent they were barely intelligible. If it's too late for the Shuttle ,just say so ! Don't leave us hanging out at the airport waiting for transport that they know will never come. The aircraft noise in the rooms is loud and early. The windows only have basic double glazing so are ineffective considering the close proximity to the runways at the airport. The coffee machine in the room was broken. Amateurish chaos and a totally substandard experience from a Best Western Plus hotel. Choose the Hyatt across the parking lot for a better experience.

- JJJamesOct 17, 20255.0I highly recommend this hotel as it is conveniently close to downtown. It was clean along great service. The Spanish woman preparing breakfast in the morning deserves a raise! She is great! All around I highly recommend this hotel. 10/10.
- KCKatlin CampbellOct 14, 20251.0CAR WINDOWS BUSTED We checked in on Friday afternoon and immediately there was no attendant to be found. Waited 10 mins to check in, room was pretty decent other than the bathroom not being very clean. Skip forward to Sunday morning as we were headed to breakfast and my husband asked a guy on the elevator, how is your day going? The guy immediately informs us that a bunch of cars got their windows busted last night. We go out to the parking lot and see that we had two of our windows busted. Police report on the windshield. No one from the hotel informed us, or heard the car alarms going off. Once we had our rental towed they still failed to pick up the glass mess from our car. (Hopefully no one stepped into it) We didn't receive a sorry or nothing. Talked to one of the workers who said it's a pretty common thing to happen there. The whole stay we had there the attendant was MIA half of the time. We called to speak to the manager who was extremely rude about the situation and not compassionate at all. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE! your car is not safe at all!!!!!
