The breakfast the next morning was probably the best continental breakfast I've had and I really appreciated the speciality coffee machine. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in the area!

Will update this after our stay but if the folks working there are any reflection of the hotel, and I imagine it is then it will remain 5 stars. Thank you to the kind staff that I have spoken to several times since booking.
- KKKarman KlassenOct 6, 20251.0The rooms, although fairly new, were not well maintained, with dirty, stained carpet and leaky windows. There was a leak in our room during our stay which caused damage to the carpet and resulted in the wallpaper falling down. The front desk staff did not remain at the desk as is usually the case at Best Westerns and we repeatedly had to go searching for them. The staff member working the morning of Sunday, Oct 5th, was found in the office behind the check-in with her feet on the desk and seemed very annoyed each time a guest asked for assistance. We had stayed at 2 other Best Westerns in Manitoba over the past week and had far better experiences at both. I would not stay at this location again due to the lackluster customer service and poorly maintained rooms.
