  Extremely disappointing stay. Breakfast was poorly managed and constantly out of food, and the general manager’s was unprofessional and rude. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Best Western property, far below the standards I’ve come to expect from this chain.

  I stay in hotels about 100 nights a year, this is actually one of my favorite spots. I always get a really good sleep in these very nice rooms. And the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. I try to book places that have free breakfast to lower my expenses on the road. This is one of the best free breakfasts places across Canada.😋

  My husband is a truck driver…we have stayed here several times. Rooms are clean. Staff has always been pleasant….Especially, Jass….she’s awesome! This past stay we had our doggies with us…the hotel was very accommodating.

  No issues during check in. Room was in good condition and clean. Morning manager is super. I was recognized as a Diamond member and given two bottles of water and a bag of chips, which became my supper😁 The TV is a good size, though I didn't use it. There is a chair and footstool to watch tv on, if you have time. It seems that the rooms all have a kitchenette, as I've had one on each stay. I had a king size bed and I found the pillows and linens comfortable. The internet was fast enough, regardless of the hotel being near/at full capacity. The building itself is well built and quiet. No complaints. I would certainly stay again.

  Dommage que le jacuzzi ait été en panne. Nous étions seuls a la piscine par contre.
