- GWGreg WeberOct 23, 20254.0It’s a dated building but they’ve put some effort into making the rooms a bit better. The room was spacious with high ceilings which felt nice and there’s still a window that opens (thank goodness!) for fresh air. The beds were fine but the pillows were a bit lumpy. The shower didn’t have much pressure but everything else was fine for our needs. Hotels don’t seem to include extra blankets anymore so we asked for one and for the first time in our entire traveling experience, we had to go down to get it. Also, unlike Alberta, it seems common practice to charge for the continental breakfast in Quebec and this one might be acceptable if it was included in the room price but at $12 plus tax each, the breakfast wasn’t worth it unless you’re desperate for convenience. So, the hotel is fine depending on your needs and expectations.

- RPRipesh ParekhAug 25, 20255.0This was my second stay at BW Plus, and once again, they did not disappoint. I received a warm welcome upon arrival and was quickly checked into my room. The rooms are modern and minimalistic, and despite facing the main road (Sherbrook Dr), the sound insulation was excellent. Ample free parking is another plus. Combined with the courteous staff, this makes BW Plus my go-to choice—if they’re available at my travel destination, I won’t stay anywhere else.
- SASushant AgarwalAug 24, 20254.0Overall good hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The 2 beds in our room were quite bad. The mattresses were very soft. I think they were old with bad springs/foam. Me and my wife both could not sleep well and had a back ache. Hope the management maintains the mattresses and replaces them frequently.
