    The hotel is fine for Thru travelers but MOT recommended for longer than 1 night stays … The below review is for Room 214 … Whats‘ good? The location is probably the best - easy access to freeways, especially southbound towards Big Sur and Highway 1. It provides easy access as well to 17 Mile Road and The parking garage is also very comfortable. Whats‘s not so good? 1. TV is poor - its some kind of weird subscription without any pf the known cable TV channels (eg. no CNN, BBC, CNBC, etc); just some locals, very obscene TV news channel; make sure to bring your laptop with any streaming subscriptions you might have. 2. Multiple flyers in the room that reminds you to save water (see pic) - well, lets me help you a bit: a) install proper handheld shower heads (Temu sells these for a couple bucks!), b) ensure the hot water pipes are well insulated so one doesnt need to run the water 2-3 minutes before warm water is on, and c) try to increase the pressure for the water, so one can actually get the soap off the body after putting it on; besides, the shower head is quite broken, and doesnt even evenly spread the water 3. The tap at the sink in the bathroom ‚creeks‘ when turning it - any ‚neighbour’ must love to hear that as well 4. The breakfast is weak - the things i loved are: a) coffee with the hazelnut and vanilla creamers, 2) the bagels toasted, and 3) rice krispies … no fruits or anything similar is offered 5. The door has such a big space at the bottom - please try closing this a bit at least 6. The towel hangs right above the toilet paper and just barely doesnt touch the toilet paper? there is enough space in the bathroom to organise this properly … 7. Twice the door to the balcony was open, ie closed but not locked; first ime at arrival and second time after cleaning request … not good enough! so all in all, not worth the price …

    We loved our room. It was very large. The gas fireplace made it very cozy. The bed was the best I have ever slept on. Covered parking included. The room was thoroughly cleaned daily. The breakfast is very basic.

    Such a friendly staff! Jerry was an absolute delight to meet my first day being there, he gave me an in depth description of the best things to do and see! So much appreciation for him!

    I am giving this hotel a low rating for the service. The hotel is OK, but not very helpful. We put cards down to secure some rooms for a client that was always known that they would put a card down on arrival. The hotel did not take their card on arrival as discussed, even though everyone - our client (who tried multiple times to pay with their card) and we had discussed with the hotel. Whether or not they "claim" to have not know - she has taken approximately six week to get back to us. We have called, emailed and gone in to the hotel to only be told that one single person could do this for us. And just received an email that they won't/cannot. I have no patience for lack of service when you just fumbled an easy problem or could have told us this on a first call vs SO many calls/emails/in-person visits. I have now carried interest on my card with them since July for a payment someone else was supposed to make. If you want to ensure that if you have a problem with a hotels charges and it will be resolved - this is not your hotel.
