- JLJanesa LewisAug 21, 20251.0Already a BAD experience when I walked in Crystal (front desk) didn't speak or acknowledge me while looking me directly in my eyes. Then the phone rings and she answers without asking me to wait or excuse her. She's STILL on the phone while I'm making this review and STILL hasn't acknowledged my presence and I'm just standing here almost in tears because I REALLY would like to check into my room and lay down. I would just walk out the front door but this is a last minute booking which is non-refundable but I will NEVER stay here again because of this rude, unconcerned, unfriendly, clearly incompetent person who doesn't want to be at work. The hotel is in serious need of upgrades but usually the front desk staff is a easy to deal with especially the black lady. Well, they missed the mark this time!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
