- TBTania BallOct 22, 20255.0Wonderful hotel, very clean. The front desk girl was super sweet and understanding. We had a rough start to our trip to Texas. Greenville is a ways out from where everyone else was but I'd take that over the motel/hotels in Dallas, Denton ect. The pool was nice, wish they had a sauna or hot tub to relax in but everything was worth it. Great price for the 3 days we stayed. I really enjoyed how respectful and pleasant everyone was there at the Hotel and in Greenville, Texas.

This was my room my reservation and I am the one that checked in and my son had nothing to do with my reservation the front desk employee threatened my son That was staying with me, even after I spoke with the front office after I saw it was denied on my card. I called your front desk to get corrected even though they didn’t bother calling me I called the front desk and let them know I would be back once I got out of church in about an hour. Unfortunately the front desk went and threatened my guest staying with me right after my call to the front desk. I can’t believe that not even an apology was made and all the manager said in response was “he is new.”
- FSFrancis S.Sep 30, 20253.0Overall my stay at the best western hotel in Greenville, TX was Ok. The room and the rest of the facilities were clean. The hotel is located close to my family's home which was great. My main issue with this hotel was the lack of good customer service. From the first night we arrived the attendant at the front desk just handed us the keys to our room without any information like wifi details, breakfast times, and so on. On our last day September 28th when I came to check out I greeted the guy at the front desk and I don't think he even answered me. He had a frown on his face the whole time. He didn't ask how was your stay, nothing. He just asked for my room number and if I wanted my receipt. He sounded like we were fighting. I thought the customer service here was horrible. For a small town hotel you guys need to do better. There are more people moving into your area, which means there's the potential for more business for you guys. With customer service like this you will cause people to stay at the other hotels in the area and not yours, which is what we will be doing the next time we visit the area.
