Upon getting back from the yqm concert, our living room in the king suite had no a/c or heat the thermostat was not working, the couch bed was broken and wouldn’t fold out, and was collapsed in the back so you can’t even sit properly. The cushions on that couch were filthy. Defiantly not what I would expect from a best western plus, a normal 195$ room that was jacked up to almost $600 for the concert. Contacted the main desk and they didn’t have any workers to bring a couple more towels and no one to check the A/c and said we have to come to the main desk if we want towels and blanket. So the worker at the desk couldn’t do anything but apologize and told me to contact the manager.

- AAArun AgarwalSep 28, 20251.0The double bed room given to us is too small in length to fit 5'6" person. Bathroom floor broken. No closet for clothes. Noises travels across room. It is similar to sleeping in tent at camping.
- RMRuth MizenerSep 15, 20254.0Basic continental breakfast. Eggs and bacon or sausage. Instant oatmeal and cereal available along with some fruit and yogurt. Coffee and juice. Not all the machines were in working order in the gym. The rooms were comfortable, but the tiles were loose in the bathroom. The citrus scent in their soap and shampoo was pleasant. Many common stores nearby if you need to shop. Staff were pleasant and quick to fix a phone problem and deactivated card keys we had.
