They didn’t offer to put us in another room. The lady was spying on us around the corner when getting coffee. The guy kept watching us in the pool. Toilets not cleaned.
- TMTobias MuhlhoferOct 18, 20252.0Don't know why this has 4.3 stars. The hotel is dated and in many cases not in good shape. Breakfast ends at 9 so if you had a late arrival and need some sleep you'll miss it. I'm guessing that's deliberate, so fewer guests show up and eat food. Terrible experience at check in, which shows management doesn't care about customer experience. Staff member at check in was overall rude. He assigned me a room whose window was blocked by the front canopy. When I asked for a different room, he asked "it's night, why do you need to see outside?". Then he lied, saying there was no other room available, even though the hotel was nearly empty. After a bunch of back and forth, turned out there definitely was another room!! Not what I needed at 12:30AM, after a tiring drive. He was the manager whose name is listed on the hotel's main contact card. Unfortunately this is not good news for how this hotel feels about you as a customer, and its commitment to your experience here.
- JAJanelle AndersonOct 1, 20255.0Wonderful hotel! The rooms were spacious! They actually have 2 king size beds in a room! They are clean and the owner greets the guest with a smile! They have a coffee machine that makes any type of beverage upon entering! The breakfast isn't overwhelming and is hot! It's minimal can gets the job done! I would stay there considering that gives you an excellent nights rest! It's right off the highway!
