- MWMegan WagnerOct 25, 20251.0My stepsister mom booked two rooms and a person their like manger or service person said you guys are going to be kicked cause he said it was "against fire code". But we had two rooms so like it not like we're going to invite 20 people to stay but he kicked us out for no reason and to be honest I did not even want to stay there cause they all suck and should probably not be best western cause it's not the best and the service awful.

- MHMaryBeth HeitzmanOct 14, 20251.0Terrible experience. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, moldy and musty. Shower did not drain. Toilet almost overflowed. Told desk clerk I the morning to fix it, came back 14 hours later to find they hadn't even attempted to repair. Had to plunge the toilet ourselves, shower never drained. Dead bugs on the floor. Clean sheets and towels. Please look somewhere else to stay!
- SESteve EpsteinOct 13, 20253.0I'm sure that this hotel qualified as " Plus" at some point in the past , but it seems that very little effort has been put into maintaining the status. When I walked into the room I found the bathroom counter dirty and was unable to connect my computer to the wifi, and, in the morning, I found the fitness center had no 20 or 25 pound weights, the shower rapidly built up with water, my refrigerator food was frozen, and the complimentary breakfast was quite substandard compared to other Best Western Pluses. The eggs were dried out in omelette form (no choice of hard boiled or scrambled), there was no cereal at all , and there were none of the breakfast extras that I would expect from a Best Western Plus Hotel.

Didn't expect for the exorbitant price that we'd get a room with a bad odor, floors that were stained, and a breakfast that they ran out of milk! Come on! How can you offer waffles without milk? The owner seemed to care less. Oh, and two of our towels had "hershey" stains on them. I wish I took pix to add to this review!
